Course Content

In this course, important transferable skills concerning leadership, coaching, and teamwork, are taught and practiced.

  • This course starts with an introduction to the principles of leadership.
  • The learning outcome on coaching focuses on the development of pedagogical-didactic skills. The student follows a number of training sessions and further develops practical skills by guiding small groups of bachelor students during tutorials, lab work and projects.
  • The learning outcome on teamwork focuses on raising awareness of the importance of group dynamics and strategies to strengthen cooperation between (diverse) groups of people. Here too, the skills are practically sharpened by supervising small groups of bachelor's students during tutorials, lab work and projects.
