Learning Outcomes

General competences

Completion of the course will enable to address important biological questions through the integrated use of computational tools and the confidence in navigation through high-throughput omics and manually curated databases of genomes, transcriptomes, proteomes, metaboloms, and phenomes.

Grading

The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Oral Exam determines 50% of the final mark.
Written Exam determines 50% of the final mark.

Within the Oral Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Mondeling examen with a relative weight of 1 which comprises 50% of the final mark.

Within the Written Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Schriftelijk examen with a relative weight of 1 which comprises 50% of the final mark.
