Course Content

On the basis of original texts we discuss ethical and axiological issues. The emphasis is on the tension between the autonomy of persons and the responsability for the other(s), the community, future generations, and (human or non-human) nature. The Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals of I. Kant is our historical-systematic starting point.

The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Oral Exam determines 100% of the final mark.

Within the Oral Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Mondeling examen with a relative weight of 1 which comprises 100% of the final mark.

    Note: Oral with the possibility of presentation and discussio of a paper.
