Four cases give focus to the meetings in class. They form the center piece to study educational literature on the topics of this course. Following the introduction-session, we will meet at least 5 times (morning and/or afternoon). Home-work will be given so that you’re able to discuss about the concepts, the findings and the case at hand and/or to practice your coaching skills. The cases, including your own coaching case, are part of the examination assignment for this course.
Guidance and feedback is possible for those who start working eagerly on their cases. Peer feedback sessions are planned. Please prepare your work well, if you wish to receive valid feedback.
Required literature will be at your disposal through the online platform. Additional literature can be consulted through the Web of Science.

- Students gain insight into the theory of positive psychology and its close connection to coaching as a strategy to facilitate learning.
