Using a case-based approach, an (interdisciplinary) theoretical analysis is carried out on a concrete practical problem and solutions are proposed. The work contains sufficient theoretical foundations and concrete explanations so that it can be interpreted by a commissioner from an existing professional organisation without much additional explanation.
Handouts provided by the lecturer; selection of specific parts by the students based on their subject and problem statement.
The course contributes to the domain specific learning results of the master program in educational sciences.
The student can analyse a complex practical problem, provided by a professional organisation, from an interdisciplinary perspective and design solutions - taking into account all aspects of the problem and its contextual conditions.
