Part Decaan IR : all aspects of design and development of aircraft and components related to their cost chapters, so called NRC. The risks related to the manufacturing of aircraft and components : learning effects making short and long term forecast of technological evolutions, dollar risks, financial needs for investments, money paralyzed in WIP (optimum batch size and lot tracing, production cycle JIT). 2° Subject : quality requirements, starting from ISO 9000, including the quality manual and international legislations. Continuous improvement based on SPC, Pareto, Kaisen, today's computerized production management. 3° Subject : technologies used of the manufacturing and control of metallic components still more than 50% of latest aircraft design weight. Two company visits are compulsory.
