The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Written Exam determines 100% of the final mark.

Within the Written Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Good Clinical Practice with a relative weight of 1 which comprises 100% of the final mark.

 “80% attendance during the lessons is required for the exam to be assessed.

A student who does not attend at least 80% of the lessons will receive an AFW (absent) as a grade, and will need to take the exam during the second examination period."

“An absence due to force majeure can only be regarded as a legitimate absence, provided that you submit valid justification documents.

A medical certificate must meet the requirements as stipulated in art. 111 of the education and examination regulations (OER).

“Legal absences can be, because of:  

- Medical reasons (eg illness, accident, (supported by a medical certificate that meets the conditions of Article 112 of the OER);

- Family reasons: the death of a relative by blood or marriage in the first degree (parents and/or children) or in the second degree (grandparents, grandchildren and/or brother/sister), or of a person living under the same roof .
