Course Content

This course subject examines notary ethics in more detail. Not only does the notary have obligations as a public servant, but also as a professional in private practice. The ethics for each notary public or professional stems from national and supranational laws, general principles of law and the uniqueness of the notary public or legal principle; sources which will all be studied comprehensively in this subject. Substantial attention will be paid to the codification of ethics of the National Association of Notaries, as well as the jurisdiction of the liability of the notary. The concluding aspect of ethics is made up of disciplinary law, where the formal aspects of this course are addressed.
