Course Content

Part I: The functions of money and the role of central banks.
Afterwards the organisation of financial intermediation in an economy, based on financial institutions and financial markets, is analysed.
Part II: Activities of financial institutions.
Part III: Financial instruments and the organisation of financial markets.
