Registration for Multibody Mechanics is allowed if one has successfully accomplished or is registered for 30 ECTS of (semi)common courses of the Master in Electromechanical Engineering, MECO track (Dutch program idem).

Inhoud

The course treats the basic principles of multibody mechanics .

Different formulations of the equations of motion are discussed and compared . During the praticum the students will use a commercial MBM packet to study an mechanical problem .

This specialisation cours aims at acquainting the students with the skills and knowledge to study complex mechanical systems using multibody mechanics

Having in-depth knowledge and understanding of exact sciences with the specificity of their application to engineering :  This specialization course aims at acquainting the students with in-depth knowledge, skills and understanding to study complex advanced mechanical systems using the principles of multibody mechanics.

De beoordeling bestaat uit volgende opdrachtcategorieën:
Examen Mondeling bepaalt 60% van het eindcijfer

WPO Praktijkopdracht bepaalt 40% van het eindcijfer

Binnen de categorie Examen Mondeling dient men volgende opdrachten af te werken:

  • oral exam theory/mond theorie met een wegingsfactor 1 en aldus 60% van het totale eindcijfer.

    Toelichting: Oral examination of the theory (60%, closed book) - Mondeling examen theorie (60%, gesloten boek)

Binnen de categorie WPO Praktijkopdracht dient men volgende opdrachten af te werken:

  • evaluation small project met een wegingsfactor 1 en aldus 40% van het totale eindcijfer.
