- Basic knowledge of the concept “meat”
- Basic knowledge of the mode of action and structure of muscle
- Insight in the process of animal production
- Basic knowledge of the quality, health, safety, and sustainability aspect of meat (products)
- Basic knowledge of meat technology

Oral Exam determines 100% of the final mark.

Within the Oral Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Mondeling examen with a relative weight of 1 which comprises 100% of the final mark.

    Note: Mondeling examen met schriftelijke voorbereiding over het kennen en begrijpen van de basisprincipes van de technologie van de dierlijke producten (3 tot 4 vragen).

Additional info regarding evaluation

Oral examination with written preparation on the knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of the technology of animal products (3 to 4 questions).
